- If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Downloadable software, digital products, or services that have been accessed or used.
- Perishable goods or items with an expiration date.
- Personalized or customized items specifically made for you.
4. Return Shipping: If the return is due to a fault on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
5. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to follow the refund process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.
